ORDERS
Our online catalog and ordering are available 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Phone orders may be placed Monday thru Friday 8:30 am to 5:30 pm PST.
PAYMENT METHODS
We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover or American Express for online or phone orders. We currently do not ship C.O.D.
PRICING & AVAILABILITY
The prices on our online catalog supercede any previous pricing or catalog pricing. Due to the nature of the products, availability could change without notice. We make every effort to keep all items in stock and available. Prices are subject to change without notice.
SHIPPING
Unless otherwise noted most items will be shipped via UPS ground or US Postal Service. You may request Next Day, 2 Day or 3 Day shipping for an additional charge. Some of the items in our catalog are considered UPS oversize or overweight .Additional charges may be required to ship those items.
TRUCK FREIGHT
Some items are considered too large for UPS and must be delivered by truck. Prices will vary according to the size and weight of the item as well as where the item is being shipped to. We will advise you of the cost when you place the order.
SHIPMENT SHORTAGES
When you receive your order, thoroughly inspect it to insure all parts shipped to you have been received and are in good condition. If you are missing any items, be sure to check your invoice to be sure that the items were shipped and are not on back-order. If a shortage has occurred, contact Fraud Fighter™ immediately to ensure prompt replacement. If an item is received, but damaged, see section regarding “Damaged Merchandise”.
DAMAGED MERCHANDISE
Of course we at Fraud Fighter™ always try to ensure that your merchandise is packaged securely and carefully, still it is important that you check the contents of your shipment in the presence of the person delivering your merchandise. Should any damage occur, immediately notify Fraud Fighter™ so that all the steps necessary will be taken to ensure a prompt replacement of any damaged goods.Fraud Fighter™ is not responsible if notification is not given within 2 working days of receipt of goods. Fraud Fighter™ will file a claim with the carrier in most cases. If the customer files a claim with the carrier, Fraud Fighter™ will not be responsible for replacing damaged products and the customer will be responsible for to pay for any replacements until the carrier pays the claim. Please follow these instructions to avoid any problems or misunderstandings associated with damaged products and freight claims.
BACK ORDERS
Many of the items in our giant inventory move quickly. Although we try to keep them in stock, occasionally we do run out. Fraud Fighter™ will release those items to you as soon as they are in stock, and we will keep you posted as to the approximate shipment date. If you do not wish to receive the backorders please tell us at the time you place your order. Most items are back in stock within 3 to 7 days, although occasionally it can take longer. If you wish to cancel a pending backorder, please call us immediately. Back orders canceled after shipment are subject to a 20% restocking charge.
RETURNS
Should you need to return merchandise for any reason, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the item. If the item was damaged you will need to contact us sooner (Refer to Damaged Merchandise section). Refunds or Credits created for non-defective merchandise are subject to a 20% restocking charge. All merchandise must be returned in un-used condition. Be sure to package the item as good, or better than you received it. Damaged returns will be refused at Fraud Fighter™ and returned back to you. All returns sent C.O.D. will be refused at the time of delivery to Fraud Fighter™. Return freight charges are the responsibility of the customer.
SALES TAX
Any order shipped outside of California is exempt from sales tax. California residents are required to pay the current sales tax rate on all merchandise. The current sales tax rate is 8.75%
LIMITED WARRANTY
Fraud Fighter™ warrants all parts to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of at least 90 days from the date of purchase. Most products have a one year warranty from the manufacturer but in some cases could be as short as 90 days.
Fraud Fighter™ does not warrant or make any representations concerning its products when not installed or used properly in accordance to the manufacturer’s instructions and maintenance practices. Fraud Fighter™ will not be liable for any labor charges or other intangible or consequential losses that may be claimed as the result of any failure of any part. Nor will Fraud Fighter™ be liable for any damages or injury to any persons or property resulting from the misuse or improper installation of such part.
Fraud Fighter™ reserves the right to examine all parts returned for warranty claim to determine whether or not any such part has failed due to a defect in workmanship or material. Fraud Fighter™ limits its obligation under this warranty to repair, replace or credit at its option any part to be found defective. The customer under this warranty must prepay transportation charges on the return of such part. There are no other warranties, either express or implied, which extend beyond those set forth in the preceding paragraphs.
